"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20
There is a world waiting on us to bring the hope and love of Jesus to them.
So find your mission and let's get going! Your life will never be the same.
Community REACH

Camp TALK is an organization founded by David and Karissa Cockrell.  Camp TALK offers a safe environment for organic social growth for kids aged 10-17 who are on the spectrum.  This is a time where kids learn how to engage with others, go on adventures, learn new skills, and grow as young men and women.  This all happens with a dynamic system that allows the kids to be who they are and to learn who they can be.  Camp TALK has also added an element for the parents of the kids attending.

How can I get involved?
•  Volunteer during on of their day camps in the summer.
•  Get trained as a consistent volunteer.
•  Join them in mingling with parents, providing video and technology help.
•  Pray for this ministry.

Faith Night
Faith Night Facebook Page

Faith Night is a ministry started by Robert and Jamie Gemmill.  They work hand in hand with UCPSC, ministering to adults with disabilities.  The people at Faith Night have an opportunity to build relationships with these men and women through outings, games, and fun activities together.  Their vision is to shine the light of Jesus so that the tenants and the overseers have an opportunity to hear about and know Jesus.  They meet every Tuesday from 6:30 – 7:30 PM at Willow Ridge in rooms 102-104.

How can I get involved?  Just come and join in.  No matter your level of comfort around adults with disabilities, there is a place for you to serve.  Come and observe, hand out food, or interact one on one.  This is a great opportunity for families to serve together.  Each week people of all ages come and help.

153 Ministries

153 Ministries is a ministry devoted to meeting physical needs of the homeless men and women of Columbia so that they can meet their spiritual needs as well.  Scott Shull has taken this ministry and has scaled it to serve an average of 150 plates of food a week, 52 weeks a year to those who are homeless.  They rely on the financial gifts of churches and volunteers to stay up and running.  Each week as they serve food, they have opportunities to pray for and pray with each of these men and women.  They offer up a time of worship and a time of teaching the Bible.

How can I get involved?
•  Help prep on Wednesday afternoons, serve Wednesday nights, or clean up later on Wednesday nights.
•  Donate canned goods or fresh fried chicken.
•  Pray for financial, material, and spiritual support.

White Knoll Elementary and Snack Packs

We have been partnering with WKES to meet the needs of the school, staff, children, and community. Every week we pack 270 bags of food that we purchase, sort, pack and pray over. Through the snack pack program, 200 families are able to provide food for their kids each weekend. We also engage in mentoring kids, sponsoring school events and providing meals for the staff to show our love and support for their investment.

How can I get involved?
•  Sign up to help pack and distribute snack packs.
•  Prayerfully commit to being a mentor to kids from the school.
•  Help us organize and serve meals to teachers.
•  Be involved in the outreach activities on campus.

Jamie Rogers | Crossroads Church of Long Island

We have been partnering with Jamie Rogers as he and his family have been working with Crossroads Church of Long Island to plant churches.  In March 2014, they moved to Long Island, New York to plant churches along the south shore of Long Island.  Long Island is less that three percent evangelical, making it one of the most lost places in our country.
